You can subscribe to our Pizza Subscription program until December 30 and it’s valid for one year
Where can I purchase a Pizza Subscription?
Our Pizza Subscription is ONLY available on our website. Quantities are limited. Subscribe now to not miss out!
When and how can I begin using my Pizza Subscription?
The first code will be emailed right after the purchase and will be valid for one week. Unique codes will be emailed each week until the Pizza Subscription expires.
What happens if I don't redeem a pizza one week?
Each code is valid for the specific week it is issued. If you miss a week, the code will not roll over to the following week and we are unable to issue replacement codes.
Can I transfer my Pizza Subscription to someone else?
Of course. Our Pizza Subscriptions make GREAT GIFTS!
Can I purchase multiple Pizza Subscriptions?
Of course. Pizza Subscriptions are great gifts for birthdays, college students, sports teams and even as a donation to charities. Pizza brings smiles and unites people!
Are there any restrictions?
Typically not, but once in a while, we may pause online ordering for an hour or so, to serve our loyal customers, like you, better and faster. As all pizzas are made fresh, it’s always good to pre-plan and schedule the pickup time ahead. Please check our website for updates
What is your refund policy?
Generally, once you've had it for 30 days or redeemed more than 4 pizzas, the subscription is not refundable. If you've redeemed four or less, the cost is prorated at the retail price per pizza of $19 each. You can request a refund by using our contact below. All refunds are subject to a 10% subscription platform fee and 3.5% payment processing fee.
